My name is Jim Austin and my wife is Marianne. We started out buying investment properties for ourselves. It did not take long before some of our friends became interested in buying properties, also. They did not, however, want to deal with the day to day details of rentals, so they asked us if we would manage their properties for them. That is how we got into the property management business part time.
When we incorporated, we decided to put our name on the business, because we believe in what we are doing. Austin Property Management Inc will make you proud to have us manage your properties.
We continued to grow and in 2016, I left my job to devote myself full time to managing properties. We continue to grow, and have had to hire people to help us to maintain the quality service we have come to be known for.
In 2016, we also opened our away from home office, where we have a full time receptionist, who makes it possible for me to do the work I need to concentrate on.
