Our fee is based on a percentage of your gross rent. It will also be dependant on the property type and number of units.

Outside of the City of Chatham limits, there is a $0.50 per kilometer fuel surcharge plus HST.
We have contacts throughout the trades to provide quality work at reasonable prices. In the event, these trades people are utilized, we will pay their bill on your behalf without adding any premiums to the bill amount. No additional administration fees.
We will look after all maintenance and repairs for you. For any required work in excess of $500.00, we will obtain at least two (2) estimates and confer with you as to how you want the work handled.
